Maseru, Dec. 08 — The by-elections are going on smoothly at Maseru Municipality Council (MMC 08) in the Qoaling constituency as well as at the Mohlakeng A05 Community Council in the Koro-Koro constituencies on Friday respectively.
The by-elections and fresh elections were held following the deaths of candidates, one who was an Independent Candidate Mrs. ‘Mapaballo Tseka as well as another one who contested the elections for Mohlakeng under the banner of Revolution For Prosperity (RFP).
Presiding Officer at Qoaling L.E.C Primary School Miss. Relebohile Mots’oane told the Agency that everything was in order as all the election material was available and that they opened the doors at 7 am.
