DISTRIBUTION OF ELECTORAL MATERIAL TO HELICOPTER STATIONS ON PROGRESS  

 Quthing, Sept. 27 – – The Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) Quthing district office distribution of   electoral material to thirty (30) voting stations inaccessible by road transport located in six councils of the district has kicked-off on Wednesday (today).

In an interview the IEC District Electoral Assistant Mr. Chababane Letsitsi said the electoral material that includes ballot paper is distributed by helicopter until all the inaccessible  voting stations have been covered this  afternoon.

He stated that the electoral material will be kept under tight security of the police and political parties’ agents until it is used on Local Government (LG) elections day scheduled for Friday this week (the day after tomorrow).
