CASE FAILS TO PROCEED

                  
Maseru, Jan.24—A case in which some police officers are charged with the muirder of their colleague Police Constable Mokalekale Khetheng, has on Tuesday failed to proceed as scheduled and was postponed to March 03, 10, 12,and 14 2025.

Although it was not explained why the case could not proceed, one of the defence lawyers in this matter Advocate Zwelakhe Mda (KC) was not in court and standing-in for him was Adv. Molise.

 The case resumed on Friday last week after it was postponed last year and the prosecution led to evidence from Detective Inspector Tankiso Lethoko. The witness is expected to continue with his testimony as when the court adjourned on Friday he was not yet done with his evidence in chief…
