Maseru, Oct.02— A case in which some army members are charged with attempted murder of Former Editor of the Lesotho Times and Sunday Express newspapers, Lloyd Mutungamiri, has been scheduled to proceed on November 25 2024.
The case was postponed while the court was continuing with a trial within trial and Inspector Tankiso Lethoko of the Lesotho Mounted Police Service (LMPS) was still on the stand as the first state witness.
The trial within trial comes after the defence challenged admissibility of evidence by Retired Captain Khotso Maanela who testified as the fourth witness for the prosecution in this matter…
