Mokhotlong Aug.02 — Majority of households within the Mphelebeko area in Mokhotlong do not have toilets and lack access to clean water as they still have to draw water from the wells.
The Community Councillor for Mphelebeko Mr. Tebello Manko said this when asked about challenges that the community have in as far as development and wellbeing are concerned.
He said most families do not have toilets as they go to the bushes to relief themselves. . .
