Maseru, Dec. 09 — The church joined the globe in commemorating 16 Days of Activism Against Gender Based Violence in Maseru on Sunday.

Holding placards advocating against stoppage of violence in all its forms, Anglicans at St. Mary and St. James Cathedral walked in line with the theme ‘Save the Church’, walk against gender-based violence.

The walk led by the recently installed Canon who is also a young people Chaplain,  Reverend Colonel Phoka Saun Nkeli also saw lighting of candles signalling forces of light against those of darkness.

The Reverend strongly called men and women present during the walk to first introspect and establish their relations with their families.
