Maseru, Dec. 09—Chairperson of the Road Transport Board has announced the commencement of issuance of D-permits beginning from Tuesday.
During a press conference, Mr. Mathabeng Lechalaba said the government gazette has been released to allow the issuance of the permits, and public consultations will be conducted in Butha-Buthe on December 16, Maseru will be on December 18 while Mohale’s Hoek will be on December 20.
