COURT GRANTS INTERIM PRAYERS 

Maseru, Oct.06—–The Labour Court through Deputy President of the Court Mr. Makoanyane Keta has on Friday granted interim prayers in a case in which Moahloli Mphaka is suing the Government of Lesotho for termination of his employment contract. 

The applicant who was Government Advisor through the Ministry of Water on matters relating to Lesotho Highlands Water Project (LHWP) has in the prayers asked that the respondents be interdicted and restrained from interfering with his contract of employment pending finalisation of this case.
