COVID-19 IS BACK – CHERE

Mafeteng, August 29 — A Nurse from the Ministry of Health in the Department Public Health Nurse Mrs. Refiloe Chere says Covid -19 disease is still living among the nation hence a call to remind all to remember all the protocols observed to prevent it.

She was addressing Matsepe High School pupils during the Oral Health Awareness Week where she said the disease was a threat to everyone during 2019/2020 where it killed majority of the nations where Lesotho was no exception.

Mrs. Chere indicated that following its pause members of the community from various villages stopped practicing healthy protocols intended to reduce the impact of the disease such as wearing mask, washing hands with soap regularly including gathering at the same place without leaving a space between, saying its symptoms remain unchanged: cough, severe tiredness and high temperatures.
