Maseru, Feb. 09 — Directorate on Corruption and Economic Offences (DCEO), Director General, Mr. Knorx Molelle has resigned allegedly after his meeting with the Prime Minister Mr. Ntsokoane Samuel Matekane this week.
His resignation comes after the leaking of controversial WhatsApp voice notes that are suspected to be his and that of Basotho National Party Leader (BNP), Mr.Machesetsa Mofomobe earlier this year.
The recordings disclosed the conversation about top government officials such as the PM and Minister of Law and Justice, Mr. Richard Ramoeletsi among other things. It was discussing about their weakness in decision making and their questionable choices that affect their leadings.
