DEFENCE CONTINUE TO PRESENT CASE 

Maseru, Oct.23—The defence in a case in which some army members are charged with the murder of three men whose bodies were recovered from the Mohale Dam has on Wednesday continued to present its case in a trial within trial. 

After four accused represented by Advocate Qhalehang Letsika completed their evidence and closed their case, one of the two accused represented by Adv. Napo Mafaesa, Motsoane Machae, took the stand to testify as one of the defence witnesses. 

He testified that he was arrested on September 24 2007 by the Military Police who handed him over to the police to assist them with murder investigations. He stated that when he first got there, he was taken into an office in which he found five men who were not in uniform…
