Maseru,Jan.29—The effectiveness of disaster management and preparedness requires effective planning, organising as well as implementing measures to reduce risks, respond effectively and recover from diseases.
This emerged at the two days national dialogue on disaster management which is hosted by the Disaster Management Authority (DMA) in Maseru and is held under the theme ‘Disaster Risk reduction is everybody’s business’.
