Maseru, Sept. 06 — The Principal Secretary of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Security and Nutrition has announced that applications for admission for first year students at the Lesotho Agricultural College have now been opened with effect from Wednesday.
Speaking in an exclusive interview, Mrs. ‘Maphakamile Xingwana showed that the applications at the college were seized due to the requirements of the Council on Higher Education (CHE) that the college was not meeting in terms of acquiring accreditation.
She showed that the college came to this situation of having to put on hold applications for admission of first year students due to a number of reasons such as lack of resources and lecturers that the college was faced with.
