Maseru, Oct.11–The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Relations successfully hosted the Lesotho Diaspora Trade and Investment Forum with the aim of advancing economic diplomacy by harnessing the human and financial capital of Basotho in the diaspora for national development.
The forum whose Theme: βTaking πΏππ ππ‘βπ π‘π π‘βπ πππππ πβπππ’πβ πππππ πππ πΌππ£ππ π‘ππππ‘ βwas held in Midrand South Africa.
It brought together over 180 diaspora business professionals, development partners, trade attachΓ©s, chambers of commerce, and representatives from key institutions to explore how diaspora engagement can unlock investment and job creation in Lesotho.
