Maseru, Feb. 15 — Deputy leader of Basotho Action Party (BAP) Mr. Motlatsi Maqelepo also Minister of Tourism, Sports, Arts and Culture says friendship between Professor Nqosa Mahao the Minister of Energy and Meteorology also BAP leader and his Principle Secretary PS Tankiso Phapano is broken.
This he said when addressing the press during a briefing held in Maseru on Thursday.
Mr. Maqelepo stated that the Minister is the one in charge at the ministry, but the PS fails to take instructions from him.
He emphasised that the Principal Secretary is insubordinate, adding that may lead to defamation. . .
