FURTHER POSTPONEMENT IN MURDER TRIAL 

Maseru, Aug.30—A case in which two members of the Lesotho Defence Force (LDF) are charged with the murder of Lisebo Tang, which occurred in 2014 near the residence of Former Army Commander Tlali Kamoli at Ha-Leqele which was earlier this month, postponed to today, was further postponed to September 18, 2023 for mention. 

Chief Justice Sakoane Sakoane who is presiding over the case stated that the problem with a virus which has attacked recording machines within the judiciary has not yet been solved. He pointed out that the IT Department has given him a date of mid-September to have addressed the issue. He remarked that with technology one can never be sure. He pointed out that the case has to be postponed again for mention. 

He warned the accused to continue honouring their bail conditions and come to court on the set date.
