Leribe, Aug. 04 — The case at which one of the youths filed a lawsuit against Department of Youth Leribe under Ministry of Gender, Youth, Sports, Arts, culture and Social Development has been dismissed by Tsifalimali court in Leribe.
According to the information provided by Senior Youth Officer Mr. Lekhabunyane Khoeli the case has been dismissed.
Khoeli told the agency that for now they are on a waiting period for the complainant to file an appeal, if needed so.
In addition, he pointed that the Legal officer of the department will guide them on the way forward for the use of the greenhouse by other youths. . .
