Leribe, May 19 — With the purpose of developing Boy Child, Help Lesotho on Saturday commemorated Boy’s Child Day at Matlakeng high school in Leribe under Male Engagement Programme.
Boy Child Day is commemorated annually on May 16. It was graced with football competition and health services.
Speaking at the event Help Lesotho Programme Manager, Mr. Helo Matsoso said it is their responsibility to mold the boy child, saying boy child has not been considered in a long run.
He said the boy child is not trained like a girl child from a young age.
