Maseru, Jul.11—- Heqoa Malefane, one of the accused in the bombings trial, says he no longer trusts his newly appointed lawyer Advocate Raboletsi Makara.
This he told the court on Thursday adding that when he asked Adv. Makara if he ever represented the prosecution in court at Teyateyaneng, he said no. He indicated that he however has information that Adv. Makara indeed appeared before the court for the prosecution.
Adv. Makara was on Wednesday accused by some of the defence lawyers in this case of executing some briefs from the office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP). They insisted that he is thus disqualified as a defence lawyer…
