LDF LAID WREATHS FOR FALLEN MEMBERS

Maseru, Jan.17– Lesotho Defence Force (LDF) on Wednesday morning held a ceremony to lay wreaths for the three army members who died during their mission in Mozambique Mozambique under the Southern African Development Community Mission in Mozambique (SAMIM).

The three are 54910 Commando Private Khoaele, 50739 Commando Private Nonyana and 10899 Commando Corporal Mofoka who were in first and second contingent respectively.

LDF Commander Lieutenant General Mojalefa Letsoela, Contingent Commander Commando Lieutenant Colonel Malefetsane Makhoahle and spouses of the deceased laid wreaths.

In his remarks, Lieutenant General Letsoela thanked the Contingent Commander saying that he should not regret the work he did as it is his responsibility to discharge orders on behalf of the LDF Commander. . .
