Qacha’s Nek, Jan.16 — Mr. Mzoleni Tobokoane (32) of Ha Seqalaba is facing a criminal charge of murder for stabbing his cousin, Mr. Lemphane Tobokoane (26) to death on January 07, 2024.
He appeared before Qacha’s Nek magistrate court, Resident Magistrate ‘Mampho Mokoena, charged with contravention of Penal Code Act 2010.
The Agency has learnt from a close source to the matter that the incident occurred around 3am in one of the local fermented beer seller where the two had a disagreement in relation to famo gangs as they belonged to different groups. . .
