Discussions are mainly intended to facilitate a common understanding of the two frameworks so as both the police and LRMIS employees can effectively implement them to curb stock theft in the district.

This was said by the Acting District Manager for LRMIS Mokhotlong Mr. Ts’epo Phako in an interview.
