Maseru, March 05 — A man is in police custody in Botha Bothe after being arrested after putting something inside the Lesotho Correctional Institution in the district on Monday.
Lesotho Correctional Service (LCS) from Paralegal Office, Chief Officer Bokang Ramotena told the Agency on Tuesday that a stranger was seen walking past the institution and when he was about to pass along the maize meal field, he left something wrapped.
She said LCS officers guarding the institution noticed this and arrested the man and handed him to the Botha Bothe police station. . .
