Maseru, Aug.17—-The High Court through Justice Mabatsoeneng Hlaele says whether the society feels that the courts, police and the justice system are incompetent or corrupt, mob justice cannot be an answer.
This the court said when sentencing Jobere Kelane who was found guilty of the murder of Moeketsi Ntsasa. The deceased in the matter was burned to death at Ha Jimisi in Mazenod in 2008 after a citizen’s arrest was made on him for allegedly stealing at a shop belonging to the accused.
