MATEKANE URGES DCEO OFFICIALS TO ALSO REFRAIN FROM CORRUPTION

Mohale’s Hoek, Dec. 09 — The Minister Of Law and Justice Richard Ramoeletsi has pleaded with DCEO’S officials and Ministers to also refrain from any form of corruption, as there are rumours that some the directorate’s officials are involved in corrupt dealings.

This he said when he read a speech from the Prime Minister Mr. Samuel Matekane and also noted the Prime Minister would have loved to deliver the speech himself but could not due to his health condition.

In a read speech the Prime Minister articulated that since the government came into power in 2022, as part of fighting corruption the coalition government under his leadership has made a clear undertaking by embracing principles of good governance, transparency, rule of law, ethical conduct, responsiveness, inclusiveness, effectiveness, efficiency as well accountability to eliminate corruption, nepotism and to complete the Reforms Programs. . .
