Maseru,Oct.15–The Maseru City Council (MCC) in partnership with Alliance Group have signed a Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) at the Maseru Market area on Tuesday.
In his remarks, the Town Clerk Mr. ‘Moea Makhakhe said this initiative is made as a way of forming alliances with street vendors on how Maseru streets can be kept clean.
He stated that the MOU will also enable both parties to find ways which dirt can be disposed of within the city centre to keep a clean environment…
