Maseru, Jan. 17 — The late media veteran, Mr. Keketso Lawrence was hailed as a change agent, soft spoken soul, intelligent and cheerful character during a memorial service held in Maseru on Wednesday.
Speaker after speaker remembered the deceased further as a mentor, a guide and a teacher for those in the media industry.
Senator Seabata Motsamai commended the family of the bereaved for giving birth to son of the soil who brought many changes in the country, particularly the media industry. “He was very instrumental in changing MILES to the now known as MISA Lesotho.” He stressed.
On behalf of Lesotho News Agency (LENA) in the Ministry of Information the Director, Ms. Moroa Mopeli delivered condolences, saying Mr. Lawrence and his colleagues then worked hard to raise the Agency’s flag high. . .
