MINISTER GIVES SOLUTION TOWARDS LIHALAHALA  PAYMENTS

Maseru, Nov. 06 — Addition of five more officers who will work on payments of Lesupatsela (Lihalahala) workers will combat backlog of payments.

This was said by the Minister in the Prime Minister’s Office Mr. Limpho Tau in the National Assembly on Wednesday.

Mr. Tau said currently there are only two officers in the accounts department and the workload is  heavy as they have to pay a lot of people  in this program.

He added that delay of payments is also caused by workers whose names do not correspond with those written on mobile networks as they are paid digitally, saying it is even better when they are given cash…
