Maseru, Jan. 11 — The Ministry of Education and Training on Wednesday handed over laptops, mouse, flash and solar panels with inverters to 245 Science and Mathematics teachers from 69 schools across the country at an event held in Maseru.
The event also included a few days training of the said teachers on the use of the equipment. The said gadgets have been given to least performing schools both in urban and rural areas.
In his remarks, Minister of Education and Training Professor Ntoi Rapapa said that the equipment, the solar panels and inverters, have been given to schools with no electricity so that they are able to charge the laptops.
