‘MOTENG PASS INACCESSIBLE DUE TO FOG

Maseru, Oct.31 — The Disaster Management Authority (DMA) has warned the nation to seize their trips to places such as Mokhotlong as the road is inaccessible.

Speaking in an interview with the agency on Tuesday, the Disaster Management Authority Assistant Public Relations Officer Mrs. Mahlape Koali indicated that this is due to the snowfall that the aforementioned places endured from yesterday.

She said that such weather conditions make it difficult to travel as the roads become too slippery due to the snow, especially in the morning and evening hours.

She mentioned that the office has not received reports on people who have been trapped in snow showing that the office is working hard to ensure that there will be no people who will fall victim to this matter.
