Leribe, Mar. 11 — The Minister of Public Service and Member of Parliament for Maputsoe constituency has urged Basotho to refer to the diplomacy principles applied by the late King Moshoeshoe I.
Speaking at Moshoeshoe’s day commemoration hosted at Lesotho Mounted Police Service play grounds Hlotse in Leribe, Mr. Mputi Mputi urged Basotho to refer back to the principles of the late King Moshoeshoe I in order to succeed.
He indicated that the pillars of the Basotho nation are not steady as before and going back will help overcome poverty, hunger and each attain and show peace.
Additionally, he said Basotho are faced with many challenges including unemployment, killings which the Basotho nation back then dealt with and the same principles were applied to overcome.
