Thaba Tseka, Oct. 9 — Building resilience is one of the core issues that have been addressed by the European Commission Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aids Department (ECHO) project and Thaba Tseka takes pride in that.
This was stated by District Disaster Manager Ms. Nthomeng Matete on Tuesday.
According to Ms. Matete their Village Disaster Management Teams (VDMTs) have been trained on all the concepts of disaster management cycle and would be ready to tackle any kind of disaster that might be predicted.
