Maseru, Sept. 08 — Different sectors in the business industry have shown great dissatisfaction in the way which the Lesotho Highlands Development Authority (LHDA) awards job tenders at the Phase II of the Lesotho Highlands Water Project for the contraction of the Polihali dam.
This emerged at an event which was graced by the presence of the Prime Minister and the minister of Natural resource in Maseru on Friday.
Speaking at this event on behalf of the business sector Mr. Tumelo Moletsane said that there are a number of companies of which most of them are international companies which are awarded more than one tender in this project and that side lines Basotho owned companies.
