Quthing, Oct. 28 – – The office of Ombudsman will engage in a three-day outreach for Quthing community to be held the District Administrator’s Office premises from Wednesday this week.
The primary role of the Ombudsman is to receive and investigate complaints from individuals aggrieved by actions of government agencies, statutory corporations, officials, and employees, and to recommend appropriate remedial actions when complaints are found to be justified.
In an interview with the Agency, the District Administration Manager Assistant Mr. Moses Mokati said the event is intended to bring Ombudsman Office services to the Quthing community since its services are provided at headquarters in Maseru. . .
