Qacha’s Nek, June.28 — Lesotho Red Cross Society Divisional Secretary, Mr. Motautona Thabo says people with disabilities are more vulnerable than the rest of the population in disaster events.
This he revealed during the closing of a five-day workshop for Village Disaster Management Team (VDMT) on Disaster Risk Reduction(DRR). The training which began on Monday was hosted by the District Disaster Management Team (DDMT) with the support of Lesotho Red Cross. . .
