Maseru, Nov.13—- After instituting legal action against Revolution for Prosperity (RFP) following her suspension as a member of the party, Dr. Mahali Phamotse has once again approached the High Court challenging her dismissal from the same party.
According to papers filed before the Court, she is requesting that the decision of the Annual General Conference of Revolution for Prosperity as communicated by the Executive Committee- of the same party, who are respondents in the matter, per a letter dated October 05 2023 purporting to dismiss her from the party be declared invalid, null and void and pro non scripto. She is further requesting that the respondents be interdicted and restrained from dismissing her from the RFP save by due process of the law. .
