POLITICS BECOMING UNPOPULAR – LETSOELA

Maseru, Dec. 05 — Politics are becoming unpopular in recent times, forcing politicians to introspect if they are to win voters in the upcoming national elections, Basotho Democratic National Party (BDNP) has said.

According to Chief Pelele Letsoela, the ongoing confusion and instabilities within politicians has contributed to making people think less of politics and politicians, hence this game is losing its core mandate.

He said the recent events in the National Assembly, where the opposition now wants to overthrow today’s regime has made matters even worse, thus unless politicians’ rethink come the next elections, there will be literally no voters who would otherwise choose to go and cast their votes.
