Maseru, Apr.043—The prosecution in a case in which Mohapi Khofu, Thelingoane Liotlo and Refela Holdings (PTY) LTD are charged with corruption, was on Thursday given an opportunity to study and respond to an application by the defence in the matter which was filed in the morning.
The defence has filed an application seeking that a recently filed affidavit in an application for recusal be excluded. They argued that the affidavit is new evidence adding that it is irrelevant and likely to prejudice the accused.
