Qacha’s Nek, Jan. 15 — A senior magistrate in Qacha’s Nek has granted M100 bail to Ntoko Busa (56) of Ha Malefane, accused of sexually assaulting a breastfeeding mother.
However, Busa failed to pay the bail amount and remains in custody.
Busa is charged under Section 3 of the Sexual Offenses Act, 2003, for allegedly entering a breastfeeding mother’s room on January 12, 2025.
He reportedly undressed himself and demanded that the victim wash her private part, claiming he wanted to use it.
