QACHA’S NEK — As part of Lesotho’s ongoing national consultations to review its outdated Food and Nutrition Strategy, the Food and Nutrition Coordinating Office (FNCO) and key stakeholders are scheduled to hold critical district-level discussions in Qacha’s Nek on Monday, July 14.
According to Mr. Thabo Koloti, District Food and Nutrition Coordinating Officer, the consultations aim to gather input from local stakeholders to inform the development of a new national food and nutrition strategy, replacing the 2019–2023 plan which has outlived its timeframe.
The upcoming consultations provide a platform for local voices to help guide national priorities in addressing food and nutrition security for all,” Mr. Koloti told the Agency.
The Monday schedule includes a morning session with the District Administrator, followed by a meeting with the District Nutrition Team. . . .
