QUTHING, EASTERN CAPE FARMERS TACKLE STOCK THEFT PREVENTION

Quthing, June 20 — Members of Crime Prevention Committees from different villages in Quthing and Eastern Cape gathered at the Quthing District Administrator ‘s hall locally known as old court room on Tuesday.

The meeting was intended to share current status of cross border stock theft between Quthing and Eastern and come up with strategies to address that problem.

Speaking at the event, the District Deputy Police Commander Senior Inspector Moeketsi Mokotjo appealed to attendants at the event to care for their livestock and always know where they are to avoid late reports of their missing livestock…..
