SENATE BREAKS FOR EASTER

Maseru, April 10 — The Upper House of the Parliament adjourned today, Thursday until Tuesday May 06 for Easter Break.

Easter is a time for introspection, prayer and forgiveness as according to Senator Lerotholi Leshoboro Seeiso when tabling motion 42 on Easter Break.

Tabling the motion on behalf of the House Leadership, Senator Seeiso briefly added that this beak would allow members to go to their different churches as Lesotho is a Christian country.

He was seconded by Senator Bereng Seeiso, who noted that this is a time for members to go back home, honour and remember  the death of Jesus Christ. AM/TL
