Thaba Tseka May 31 — Small livestock farmers have commended the move by the District Disaster Management Team (DDMT) to sensitise them about cold waves.
This they stated during a public gathering in Lesobeng Ha Lephoi where the DDMT held a session with them.
One Mr. Liketso Motsiba expressed his gratitude to the government saying it has considered them, adding that they had always thought they are disregarded and no one cares about their well being.
Mr. Motsiba said herders are the first recipients of the cold waves as some stay in places where it is extremely cold and inaccessible. . .
