STATE OF WORLD POPULATION REPORT LAUNCHED

Leribe, July 20 — In an effort to keep the government of Lesotho at par on the issues of world population, a State of World Population report was launched at World Population Day celebration held at Ha Khabo in Leribe on Thursday.

Speaking on behalf of the Minister of Finance and Development Planning, Deputy Principal Secretary Mrs. Teboho Mokela said the report entails the issues affecting the world including sexual reproductive health rights and teenage pregnancy.

In addition, she said the report is going to assist the government on which issues to dwell on and aim to achieve positive results.
