TRAFFIC FLOWS AT MASERU BORDER

Maseru, Jan. 02 — Traffic is flowing at Maseru border post as most of Basotho who came into the country for Christmas holidays return to South Africa.

Speaking in an interview with the Agency, the Department of Home Affairs Assistant Public Relations Officer Mrs. Marelebohile Mothibeli said they opened seven stations for stamping of motorists passports as well as six stations for pedestrians.

She said this was done to ensure that traffic flows as it has increased since Tuesday morning.

She further said most people have valid passports although the Disaster Management Authority returned some people back home because they did not have passports, saying services are running smoothly at the border post. . .
