MASERU — Vodacom Lesotho (VCL) has urged the customers and general public to be observant about the scammers that pretends to be VCL luring long-lasting customers on social media platforms like Facebook and WhatsApp with promises of offering them data and airtime for free
Speaking to the Agency, VCL Public Relations Manager Mr.Lebohang Chefa noted that the customers are warned to not pay attention on suspicious hoax circulating on social media claiming to be them as VCL has official social media pages that clients can take any information listed there serious as this will assist them from being the victims of online fraudsters.
He added that the public have to be cautious about clicking and dawloading attachments from the unknown sources as their personal information can be misused by criminals. . . .
