This conference has been in limbo after the Attorney General Advocate Rapelang Motsieloa raised a red flag and advised that the conference be postponed also the Chairman of the Natural resources committee within the National Assembly Mr. Moeketsi Mots’oane showed lack of information about the conference even though the Prime Minister launched it in July.
