Maseru, Mar. 10 – On the third day of the annual Moshoeshoe Walk, the World Vision Lesotho team made significant strides in raising awareness on critical issues affecting children and communities.
Over 1,000 individuals, including children, participated in engaging sessions that highlighted child protection, human trafficking, reporting mechanisms, handwashing techniques, and the updated Counter Domestic Violence Act of 2022.
The initiative also promoted the ENOUGH campaign, which aims to combat child hunger and malnutrition in the region.
Through this outreach, many community members accessed crucial information for the first time, as World Vision’s programming has not previously reached these areas . . .
