YOUTH URGED TO UNITE AND COMBAT CLIMATE CHANGE

Berea, Dec. 14 — Climate change is a global crisis which requires full attention of every individual and youth have to be on the forefront in reversing its adverse impacts.

This was said by Climate YES, Climate Change activist Mr. Reabetsoe Ntoi when addressing Teyateyaneng youth during the Climate Justice Training held at Thakaneng Youth Resource Centre on Wednesday.

Mr. Ntoi said Lesotho is among the countries confronted by challenges caused by change in weather patterns or the long term shift caused by high temperatures and the strong winds of which can be referred to as the impacts of climate change which includes human activities like deforestation, natural and burning of fossil fuels.
