SIX SCHOOLS NOT GOTTEN LGCSE RESULTS

Maseru, Feb. 02 — While most schools had their Lesotho General Certificate for Secondary Education (LGCSE) results about two weeks ago, about six schools have still not gotten their results.

The six schools include St. Agnes High School, Matlakeng Government School, Montši High School, Mosoang High School, Harmony High School and Manonyane High School.

This was revealed by Examinations Council of Lesotho (ECOL) Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Dr. Mokhitli Khoabane in an interview on Friday where he said that with Montši, Maltlakeng and Mosoang three teachers were involved in this misconduct saying that they opened the question papers before examinations and sealed them again.

He said that it has been discovered that after opening the question papers those teachers taught the students focusing on the scope of the question papers they had opened. While in other schools students were given question papers by people who had leaked them thus being at the wrong place at the wrong time. . .
